One full of AI updates, tips, tricks, events and opportunities for you to navigate AI *meaningfully*. And the occasional update of my entrepreneurial life as the Founder of Edvance AI.
But first. Who am I?
What am I doing here?
And more importantly, why are you subscribing?
Hi, I’m Ideja Bajra.
I have loved science and education ever since I can remember, and have this particular itch to help as many people in the world understand new and emerging technologies.
Alongside being a current cell biology student (and having founded a non profit, Based In Science, to support youth from the Balkans into STEAM), I also realised that the start up sphere is my calling.
At the end of 2023, I created an AI consultancy to support EdTech (educational technology) companies with adopting the new technology (it’s called Edvance AI if you’re curious). And, don’t get me wrong, it was a challenge. And still is.
Pivoting from my early plans of becoming an academic, to suddenly being considered an entrepreneur was not easy. But it is safe to say I have absolutely loved every second of it, and met some of the most amazing people along the way.
Even more importantly, such experiences have allowed me to develop into the person I dreamed of becoming for so many years (with lots of growth still to do). Including becoming comfortable with sitting in front of the camera and creating content.
Off the back of my regular AI x Education videos on Linkedin, I realised that there are even MORE ways to express myself creatively. And, since I get a plethora of daily AI newsletters, I thought, let me start my own. Whilst simultaneously helping to achieving one of my greatest missions in life:
helping individuals, institutions and companies with navigating AI meaningfully (especially the education sector).
